One of my favorite memories from the early years of my breeding program was seeing this beautiful Siberian kitten, Cartier Izumi, featured in the Atlanta Magazine Pet Cover Contest.
While the contest has long since ended, this photograph remains one of my favorites and represents the quality and beauty of the Siberian cats I have been breeding for many years.
Many of the original contest websites and voting links are no longer available, so they have been removed from this article.
Looking back at kittens like Izumi reminds me how fortunate I’ve been to watch so many wonderful Siberians grow into beloved family members across the country.
