Cancellation
The waitlist fee is non-refundable and secures placement on the waitlist for future kitten availability.
Once a specific kitten is selected and reserved, prior payments are applied toward the total purchase price of that kitten.
Buyers may cancel a reserved kitten purchase at any time prior to pickup. In the event of cancellation, the previously paid non-refundable waitlist fee remains non-refundable and an additional cancellation fee may apply as outlined on the reservation invoice.
Buyers may optionally apply prior payments toward another available kitten within one year of cancellation. Future kitten pricing may vary.
If a selected kitten becomes unavailable prior to pickup due to illness, death, or circumstances preventing placement, prior payments may be transferred toward another available or future reservation. Applicable non-refundable waitlist fees remain non-refundable.
Return
The Seller will accept the return of a Siberian kitten within three (3) days of pickup for any reason. Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with the Animal Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee.
After three (3) days, the Buyer may still surrender the animal to the Seller at any time, but no refund will be provided. We will always welcome our Siberians back.
Refund
Approved refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days after the return of the animal and verification of compliance with the Animal Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee.
Reservation Preferences
Color, gender, eye color, size, temperament, and lineage preferences may be noted and accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed. Waitlist reservations are accepted only for colors and traits the cattery is reasonably expected to produce at the time of approval.
Available kittens are offered in waitlist order and accommodated based on availability at the time of selection.
Governing Terms
The Animal Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee provided prior to pickup governs the care, health guarantee, pickup, return, and ownership terms related to the selected kitten.
