Cancellation
The Buyer may request to drop off the waitlist anytime; no refund will be granted. The Buyer may cancel a kitten or cat reservation anytime before the animal is altered, and the Seller will refund sixty-five percent of the purchase price, or the Buyer may select another kitten later, and the amount paid may be transferred to another kitten or cat. The Buyer will incur a non-refundable $150.00 flip fee when making the new reservation.
Return
The Seller will accept the Siberian back within three (3) days for any reason and refund fifty percent of the purchase price. Beyond three days, if the Buyer cannot keep the Animal for any reason, the Buyer may return and surrender the Animal to the Seller. Beyond three days, we will always welcome our Siberians back.
Refund
To receive the refund, the Buyer must meet all terms and conditions in the Animal Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee. The refund will be made to the Buyer within seven (7) days of the return with certified funds, and the Seller will provide a tracking number.
