Notice to Buyer
Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale of any Siberian cat or kitten, or to retain any kitten for breeding, show, health, welfare, or program evaluation purposes prior to final reservation. If the Seller exercises this right, the Seller may, at its discretion, offer a replacement animal of comparable value or refund all payments received for the affected animal.
We are keepers of the breed and responsible for its preservation. It would not be in the best interest of the breed to alter a kitten that may otherwise contribute to a responsible breeding program. All show or breed-quality kittens offered for sale require prepayment before sterilization of the kitten.
The pricing quoted for our Siberians in an email is subject to change without further written notice to the Buyer.
