Notice to Buyer
Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale of any Siberian cat or kitten, at any time, for any reason, without justification. Suppose the Seller feels the need to execute this right. In that case, the Seller (1) may choose to replace the Animal with an Animal of equal value, or (2) refuse the sale of the Animal or any Animal and refund the Buyer in full.
We are keepers of the breed and responsible for its preservation. It would not be responsible for altering a kitten that might otherwise contribute to the breed in a breeding program. We reserve the right to retain any cat or kitten at any time for breed preservation. All show or breed-quality kittens offered for sale require prepayment before sterilization of the kitten.
The pricing quoted for our Siberians in an email is subject to change without further written notice to the Buyer.
